Space Video of the Day - 070803

Asteroids hitting the earth can ruin your whole day, so astronomers are watching some very closely and trying to come up with deflection strategies.

I have an assignment for you, if you are able. I looked at the 7/7/07 video: ISS fly-around with 2001 music;

Here's your assignment.

Go back to the 2001 movie and look at all the scenes of the opening space scenes (the ones under the Blue Danube music); Recreate that sequence useing REAL NASA footage of matching events and the Blue Danube music.

It would be a kind of tribute to the recent space flights, using visuals predicted by Clarke, Kubreck, et al.
